The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we could enjoy it without even leaving our bed. The owners were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location of the motel was convenient, just a short distance from town. we had a fantastic time and the experience exceeded our expectations.

The pool was not well-maintained during our stay. The water was dirty and there were leaves and bugs floating around.

We had an amazing time at Cook's Lookout Motel. The reception on arrival was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of the bay of islands from our unit. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset, it was absolutely stunning. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing everything we needed. The hosts were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Additionally, the motel is conveniently located just a short drive into town. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Cook's Lookout Motel to others.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the sunrise over the bay and the sunset over the valleys. It was truly a stunning location on top of a hill. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming, warm, and informative. They gave great recommendations for places to eat, told us the closing times of shops, and even drew up a map for us. They made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. There was also a pool, trampoline, and BBQ area for guests to enjoy. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was in a quiet area, away from the noise of cars. We could hear the birds chirping by the pool. It was the peaceful and relaxing break we were looking for.

The wifi was atrocious, it was both the issue of the isp and the router. For the 2 days we were there, there was no connection available on the check-in day, we only had access on the morning of the next day for a few hours and poor or no connection after that until the check-out day. It's unacceptable for a place to advertise availability of wifi but not be able to provide it. One of the reasons we selected this motel was for the wifi availability due to some work commitments.

The hosts were welcoming and knowledgeable, outstanding views from the room, comfortable bed, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful hosts.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The view from my apartment was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The hotel amenities were complete, including a pool that was only a few steps away from my room. The hosts were helpful and informative, giving me tips on where to go for food and which attractions to visit. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located near the area's top attractions like the bay of islands for a boat tour.

We absolutely loved this place! The location on the hillside overlooking the Bay of Islands was breathtaking. The views of the sunrise over the mountains were simply magnificent. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and the outdoor dining area was lovely. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area.
